Welcome to Club Vital Fitness, where we make you stronger! Specializing in Functional Training, our studio offers a private and individualized training setting. We offer Personal Training, Partner Training, and Small Group Training, along with a few select Barre, Yoga, and Tennis classes. No crowds, no grunts—we keep it small and personal because form and safety are of utmost importance. Our certified Personal Trainers will custom create a workout for YOU with your specific fitness goals in mind.

Improve endurance, balance, build muscle mass, and rev up your metabolism. We will work with any previous injuries to help you regain maximum strength. Your body will thank you!
Sometimes it's just more fun to train with a partner! Our Certified Personal Trainers will create a challenging workout for both you and your partner--get fit while having a blast! Functional exercises work on strength, balance, and cardio for an amazing workout that you will feel the rest of the day--in a good way! Get stronger and feel better together!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Grab a few friends and come down to Club Vital Fitness for a fabulous Small Group Personal Training workout! You will have your own Certified Personal Trainer making sure you are in correct form every step of the way. Tabata-timed functional exercises leave you stronger, rejuvenated, and ready to start the day. Research suggests that regular strengthening and conditioning exercising helps sleep too!
MEET OUR TRAINERS
Owner of Club Vital, Claudia is a certified Personal Trainer and former nationally ranked tennis player in Canada. She played #1 Singles at D1 Auburn University. Claudia excelled academically and received Auburn's highest award for a female student athlete. Claudia's goal is to provide a welcoming fitness studio where she and her team can help people become stronger, fitter, and feel better about themselves.
Shelley is an ACE certified personal trainer and is also certified in Spin, TRX, Group exercise and sports conditioning. Educated at Roger Williams University, she received her BS degree in Business but fitness has always been a big part of her life. From skiing, to mountain biking, to strength training, and running, Shelley's belief is that an active life keeps you strong, healthy, and young.
Lisa is our Barre and Small Group Personal Training Instructor. She is a professionally trained dancer, having started at the age of two through high school. She holds numerous certifications, including Personal Training, Group Exercise, Barre, Senior, Aqua, and Aerobics. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and is successfully helping our clients become their strongest and fittest.
Keeping in line with our personalized philosophy, and providing highly qualified Instructors, Club Vital Fitness is offering the following select Group Exercise Classes.
